Project 8

The Project 8 is a combination of two board designs (the Bugg & the Biggie Smalls) and is a good all-round board suited to surfing beach break conditions. The Project 8 is designed for okay waves in the 0-4ft range, this results in a board that’s both lively and forgiving. Full in outline from nose-to-tail with good balance, the nose and tail are proportional to width and length. This board is designed to react in beach breaks combining with speed and flow.

Standard Glassing - All of our stock boards come as Standard Glassing.

Epoxy: Quad axel deck patch plus 1 x 4oz S cloth layer on the deck with 1 x 4oz S cloth layer bottom.

PU: 1x 4oz layer deck patch plus 1 x 4oz layer deck and wrapping around underneath approx. 2 inches onto the bottom, with Polyester resin 1 x 4oz layer Bottom. (Fill out a Custom Order form if you prefer an alternative glassing option for PU)
